The ExBox was in place with baffles when I purchased the bike, so I'm not too familiar on the construction of the exhaust, but I think I'd like to take the baffles out and get a little more volume going.

Could someone please give me some info on how to remove the baffles?  Can they be easily removed/reinstalled?

Thanks

The top outlet is removable.  There should be a blank off piece and an open piece.  I you are talking about the internal baffles, no they are not easily removable.  You would have to slice it open, remove and re-weld it back together.
