What does a 1200hp twin turbo 427in SBF in a GT40 replica sound like?

I'd rather hear it on the banking at Daytona.  ;)

Agreed. I would love to hear a full tilt high speed run outta that thing!    [evil]

They're in Dallas so I suppose Texas Motor Speedway will have to do.

It's like I keep saying:  Those who would sacrifice a free range session for a giant beer, deserve neither free range time nor a giant beer.

i have had guys reach back and grab my crotch in an attempt to get around me. i'll either blow in their ear or ask them politely to let go of my wang.

nothing impressive at all with that car.  forced air induction systems, turbos and superchargers for power are the wussy way to go about things.

naturally aspirated hp is the way to go, get those same numbers from a natrually aspirated engine of the same size and now we are talking...

can't be that hard, heck F1 cars get around 1000 hp with only 3.0 liters, why can't this car?    [laugh] [laugh]

So doing things the more efficient is wussy?

Swap your disc brakes for drums then.

If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

I disagree.

nitrous and water/meth are for poor tuners (instead of putting in the work to tune it right, throw on the NOS and water/meth spray for more pah!)

nothing wussy about forced induction. you have to build a system right to get them to work reliably.

like the old turbo F1 days.. 1300 hp from a 1.5l.. thats the awesome.

more and more I'm a fan of positive displacement superchargers (Lysholm/ Opcon) boost, and right now. but turbos are still fun (and for the street, still offer the fuel mileage advantages of the small displacement engine with power of a bigger motor)

the sound of that 427 on the dyno.. Ohhh..  :o
