Autocad Dynamic Block Problem Question

I know there are a few autocad monkeys on here like myself so I'm hoping that someone might have an idea about my problem. I have a dynamoc block that was created on one computer here in my office. It works perfect on that one computer, however if I open that file up on another computer the dynamic block doesn't work. The way that it should (stretching and updating information). We have done other files with dynamic blocks and they have worked perfect for everyone, so we are pretty puzzled.
