Anybody got a lead on where to get perforated pipe for exhaust cans?  I'm not sure of the diameter I need to get either.  The endcap seems like it would take a 1.5", but I'm not sure what the inlet will want.

Try searching for Perforated Tubes and you should get a lot more hits, ebay and other sites sell them.

I think it's in Great Britain, but seems well stocked...

I did the Google search before making this thread, but I was hoping for some recommendations if they were out there.
This company came up first:

stopin, I looked at the JP Engineering website and they have some real nice stuff, but I'm a little hesitant to pay for shipping from UK to Florida.

I was hoping Grainger or Autozone or McMaster-Carr would have something, but so far I haven't found anything that would work.

they don't show anything for monsters but they do carry the pipe, just call or email them.

I feel for you, this stuff is harder to find than you would think.

I bought mine from some California chopper shop I can't remember who but when I went searching for you I found this, (searching under LA choppers)
 http://motorcycle-accessories.cruisercustomizing.com/search?model=&username=&w=baffle+&model_id=0

Assuming you are coring cans, 2" dia is what you want, and when you cut the end caps off the cans make the cut deep so 2 tabs stick out (inside) the can.  This is what you will center the tubing on.

As mentioned above, LAchoppers...

http://www.lachoppers.com/search/index.html?searchtype=products&query=perforated

and they sell some sizes of perf tubing through eBay to make your purchase experience very easy  applause

I have a 695, and I've already chopped once and this is the second time (going to do it right this time).  I'm not sure about the tabs you are referring to.  I measured the existing tube in my can and it was about 1.25".  I was going to get 1.5" perf tubing and fab up something to hold it at the outlet end.

Thanks for the links, I'll check them all out.  Any others would be great, too.

LAChoppers has it down.  Like the price.  Thanks for that one!!

You might even try these guys: http://www.carbonpartz.net/id94.html

They make custom exhaust systems and a bunch of other carbon fiber goodness.
