Hello fellow S4rt pilots
I did a fuel consumption test on my bike.
I filled the bike when the yellow light came with 10 litres of 95 then reset trip meter to 0000.
Yellow came back on this morning at 109.2 kms on trip meter that would be 10.92 km per litre  a little thirsty, what do you guys reckon?
I go a little strong on the throttle Wink but not sure wether that would effect it that much. I am going to try standard unleaded see how I go with that.
My bike has Termi Pipes, Sparks Mid Pipe and DP Ecu.
Great Bike but the fuel range really sucks (no pun intended)  Undecided
Normal ?? Any thoughts ??

Sounds sort of normal.
But what sort of riding were you doing?
Was it commuting work or just a general ride for enjoyment.
I do think as a commuter the fuel economy is not great.

To counter your example, on a ride with Dannog and friends recently.
I did 135k's put in 9.5ltrs, no fuel light but it wouldn't have been far off.

Are you running a 15t or 14t front sprocket.

For my first couple of days riding, changing gears at 5k, the fuel light came on at 111km. Second fuel tank, i changed gears at 4k, and the light came on at 135km......  coffee

Thanks for the input Matty and W Lion
My style of riding is a bit of freeway and a bit of twisty action ... so a mix really.
Running standard 15th sprocket, that may be my next mod I keep reading rave reviews about the change to 14th waytogo.
So sounds to me my fuel consumption is nothing out of the ordinary, may be a little high.
I might alter my throttle and gear change style a little and see how I go.
But isin't  getting up to legal top speeds very quickly half the fun Grin

I lov my S4RS but I've never gotten it to go past 140Km on a ride. I did that with Matty!. I put it down to the fact that Matty is a fair bit lighter than me cheeky cheeky

Get used to pushing it if you don't obey the orange light.  Embarrassed Embarrassed I ran out of fuel one day having only done 12Km on the orange light on my way to a fuel station where I wanted to get 95.

What your experiencing is almost the same as me. I commute every day and think fuel is cheap!  Only thing I hate is having to fill her up every second day.

If I go a bit easier on the throttle I can stretch it out to 130Km between refuels while commuting. Thats going about 10 - 15 km on orange and then putting in 12 liters
