Uh, no. 

It's an SPS that I *think* was used as an anchor for a deep-sea fishing vessel at one point.  It's probably the saddest Duc I think I've ever seen.

That's what I was thinking on both counts. I just haven't seen a real SP or SPS in several years. IIRC, very few 916 bikes came in yellow and none of them were SP or SPS bikes, but I am far from being any type of expert on the subject.
