Fuel Tank Delivery Line

Hey all, I think I may have flipped the delivery and return line on the tank since after shimming the valves it doesnt even make an effort to start.

As of now I have the delivery connected to the rear-most outlet on the tank.  Is this correct?

Hopefully they are just switch but I thought Id double check on the lines before I swap them and spew gas from the tank.
