07 mts 1100s cam timing

   needing cam timing specs for stock cams. Open, close degrees and lobe centerline, 07 mts 1100s. also any recomendations for better performance, I assume these respond to timing changes like every other gas engine. I do most of My riding above 4000 ft.  Thanx,  KRJ
