Electrical blowout

So I was rewiring the rear end of my bike with 16GA.  Got all the rear integrated LED wires ran and taped (except for two lines I left for the license plate LED light wires).  I plugged it in and turned on the bike.  In my infinite wisdom I left two wires stripped and they touched my pipes.  Pretty sure I shorted everything out.  Now when I turn the key I can hear the injectors whir, but the dash is blank, I can't start it and I don't think any other electrical is working.  Not sure what fuse might have blown or if everything is fried.  I don't know where the fuse box is located (so pissed at myself when it happened I just walked out of the garage)or if this is going to be something much worse.  Someone help!
May your head gasket develop premature failure, your carb get gummed up, and your side stand fall short.

Either under the seat, or under the gas tank, depending on what era bike you have.
-Throttle's on the right, so are the brakes.  Good luck.

It's on a 2002 620ie.  Guessing it's under the tank because there's nothing under the seat (took apart the rear and I don't think she'd run with out it).

620 is under the tank, throttle side, next to the ECU
