You will be surprised how much you actually save on charcoal, and how long it last's. Wait till you do a whole chicken.  :) They sell a rack you can stand him on, but a beer can works as well.  [thumbsup]

The Egg came with two such poultry racks.  Wifey gave me the stainless  beer can chicken rack thing from Cabelas. 

Maybe Ill do a couple chickens next.....

I used the Cabelas double beer can chicken rack.  325 degrees for 2 hours with some pecan chips for smoke.  Opened up the dampers for the last 10 minutes to crisp the skin.

Awesomeness!
