OH, YEAAHH!!!!!!!!

« on: March 18, 2010, 11:11:12 AM »

Just before Christmas I decided to get my 996 tuned so when Spring came I would be ready to go.  I needed a full service (valves etc....) and a couple of other small issues needed to be addressed.  I took my bike to SuperTune for the first time.  Mike and I sat down and reviewed what I needed done and came up with a price that was more than fair.  During the service work Mike called or emailed me with frequently updates, especially after he found a couple of flaking rockers. Instead of running up the tab, Mike included me in the process, explained the issues and ran through different options so I could make a more informed decision.  There was a small hiccup but Mike stood behind his work and everything was resolved.  I am convinced that his work was more than thorough and my bike came back clean and ready to go.

I got my bike back in Jan., but decided not to post anything until I had a chance to ride it. I have been out twice recently; shorter, sandy rides, but still fun.  I can honestly tell a difference in the way the bike performs, the valves aren’t clanging and the throttle is so much more precise and smooth.  My bike, that I thought was running just fine, is now running so much better.

Thanks Mike

If you love your bike, set it free.
If it comes back to you, you've
probably high-sided.
