Hey Guys,

New one for me, turn signal indicator in dashboard starts blinkling when I turn off the engine?
Three slow blinks and then about 7 fast ones.

No, was putting it back together and started it to test everything was securely in place and no leaks...
When I shut it off, the turn signal light in the dashboard started this blinking nonsense; started the bike again for about a minute and then turn it off and it did it again...

My friends s4r does the same thing. We have no idea why. I think it happened after he installed a powercommander. It runs fine, but when you shut it off the rear right blinker blinks like 3 to 5 times.

where do you live? humid area?

I know my gauges act all messed up when i ride in the rain. check engine pops on, the high beam is lit but not actually on and my blnkers go bazerks. maybe your gauge is on its way out. did you do a visual inspection of he gauge?

Bike is under a cover, this cover has being modded to be waterproof...outside is a partsunlimited medium and inside I sewed a plastic tarp so no wate gets into the bike when parked in my garage under a roof... haven't washed either... But yes, Panama is  very very humid...

I have a TFI controller installed sometime ago and untill this ocurrence, never did this...
