Isn't that what most people know as "Honda Polish?"

Besides, my wheels started out as black and I don't want to turn them white.

Someone else took the before picture, it was taken months before, the bike actually was even dirtier than that when he cleaned it.  I didn't think to take a picture before he tried out the magic cleaner.
