Anyone heard of airmax radiator hose?

hi, i was wondering if anyone on this forum has a bike that uses the airmax radiator/coolant hose or anyone from the UK that has knowledge of them. are they good stuff? thinking of getting them on ebay as they are way cheaper than SAMCO.
