How can i rise up the rear section of my Ducati Monster 600, it looks realy bad.

And the bike is 2003 (THE FRAME IS 2003) But the Engine is 1998, Thats why i have 2003(frame), 600cc (carburated) engine. I know i was a little bit confusing.

The frame is what matters here. '03 is non-hooped. There should be a visible rod running next to the shock.
