....because a mind is a terrible thing......

Ever wonder what could be done with a Desmosedici if you had an unlimited budget to work with?  Well, wonder no more.  NCR has undertaken a limited production run of Millona 16 (as in 16 valves....sedici is sixteen in Italian) and has produced a bike that puts our over 200 horses AT THE REAR WHEEL and weight only 318 POUNDS!!!!!  Holy sheepshit, Batman.  That's INSANE!!!

OH....did I mention that unlike their standard Millona, this one has headlights?  It also has a tag bracket, tail lights, and turn signals.   Evil

If you want to, throw in carbon fiber frame, wheels, subframe, bodywork, rear stand (yes...the bike comes with a carbon rear stand), and the bike has revised electronics that include proper traction control, which was conspicuously absent from the original Desmosedici.

Details and photos at http://www.autoblog.com/2010/06/10/ncr-millona-16-how-to-improve-the-ducati-desmosedici-rr/

Who's stepping  up to the plate to buy one first?   Grin  I only wanna borrow it for a  little bit.  Honest.   Evil
