So... How exactly do you pre-fill a clutch slave? I got my slave back from Yoyodyne under warranty. Nothing wrong with it besides the pill being ground to dust.  ;D I'm hoping to slap it on tomorrow morning quick-like but need to pick up some tube to bleed it. Usually I take my time and just fill it from the reservoir on the handle bar and bleed it. Then let it sit for the whole day with a strap around the lever and then bleed it some more at night.

Tomorrow I don't wanna wait that long so I wanna try this pre-filling thing but am not sure how. I just try to pour brake fluid into the slave before I put the banjo on? The thing barely leaked on me when I took it off. I dunno how much I can actually fill it from there.

yes. well you can be messy about it or use funnel/eye dropper watever u want. the point is, when you install it, you dont spend all that time pumping fluid from the resovoir to the slave when you can just fill the slave.

plus, you might still have to bleed the beejesus out of it anyway.  I know i did.  Good luck.
If you can see Chuck Norris, he can see you.  If you can't see Chuck Norris, you may be only seconds away from death.

If you press the piston all the way into the bore of the slave and use a clamp or something to hold it there you're achieving the same thing, for bleeding purposes.  Bleed the system with the clamp on, install the slave then pump the lever until you have some resistance from the clutch.  Just make sure you don't drain the reservoir.
