This has probally been covered before, but I just couldnt find it.  Will a plastic 695 tank fit my 620??  Would I have to change out anything??  As so how difficult would it be?? Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Why would you want to do that?  I would much rather have replaced my 695 plastic tank with a 620 metal tank if it were easy.  Are you aware of the issues with the plastic tanks?

With having a plastic 695 tank, I'd rather have a non-warping metal tank.

695 tank will fit a 620, but you'll need the following to make it work:

The plastic tank hinge bracket
2x fuel line fittings to put onto your rubber lines to adapt them to the aluminum pump plate on the bottom of the tank.

Heck, if it hasn't expanded too badly...  it does weigh less.  Just sayin'.

You'll need to remove the fuel pressure regulator as well, the plastic tanks have the FPR inside them.

This is assuming the plastic tank you're getting has all the parts inside...
