Before buying the $100+ kit to eliminate your fender...just get out the skilsaw.

The day I got my bike home I chopped off the gay rear fender.

I did this a few months ago and just got around to posting.  I am not very good at instructions so I hope the pics help....

Just got it home.  Lame fender.

I forgot to get before pics.  This is after the cut.

Before install.  The seat latch cable coils nicely in the round recess on top.

Removed lic bracket from scrap piece, removed reflectors, and mounted it upside down. Had to drill holes in plastic under seat thingy.

Closeup of the cut.

Another closeup.  See where I drilled holes for lic plate.  Not pictured but
I also sandwiched "L" brackets in between these pieces to hold directionals.

Brothers girlfriend.  Nice butt.

Directionals on "L" brackets swing under the seat for a flush look.  Right one can swing out to access keyhole.

The tailight illuminates the plate red.  I got no problems from the popo but i later added LED lic plate bolts which look great.

i ran open exhaust with termi db killers held in by slipon springs to see if i liked the sound/loudness of something custom like boomtubes.  after a week of bleeding ears and weird looks from people i decided to stick with the cf termis.  Evil
