exhaust scratch

Hi I have 2 deep scratches on my exhust after my monster was layed over. Is there a way to sand out the stock exhaust scratch out?

I've never heard of them being sanded out, but even if you could, it may not be worth the time when you can pick up a set of stock pipes for around $50.  Have you checked ebay?
