Okay, so...

My new clipons are awesome. However, to put them EXACTLY where i want them to be comfy and perfect  for me, my steering lock won't work.
The pin misses the hole in the triple by about 1/64 of an inch. I'm talking microns.

Steering stops have room to adjust, unfortunately the clamp for my woodcraft clipons is the problem (hits the frame).

My question is, will I harm the immobilizers feelings if i pop off my ignition and take a file to the one side of the locking pin so it fits?

TIA

The ignition switch is just that, a switch. Nothing fancier than a simple set of electrical contacts in there.

You'll be fine.
