Top Mount Damper with Clip Ons question

Is anyone using a top mount steering damper, such as bitubo, with clipons? Im on an s2r1k

Im using my stock triple clamp and i still have my OEM hardware so i think i could bolt the thing right on, but i have clipons under the triple so im pretty low.

Anyone else have experience doing this? Dont really care for the side mount stuff, but i also dont wanna be tappin the damper with my helmet. I cant tell from the pictures if i can make this work or not.
