Why do my tires look like this?

Track - Pirelli Super Corsa Pro: F 28 / R 26

I race an sv650s with those tires... 120/160s... and F31 / R27 is what our tire guy recommends HOT. So I usually am about 4 below that starting. (I could be off a bit... as the Pirelli guy is there every day and I tend to ask him each morning, it changes a bit depending on the condition of the track and the weather.)

For my duc on Bridgestone bt003 RS I find that 31F 29R works great. (track)
