Bike electronics starting without key

So my bike is a transformer I have figured out.

I have a after market ignition setup that isn't OEM and I have the feeling this is why the bikes electronics turn themselves on randomly in my garage. I undue the battery cables and it doesn't kill the battery but the other night I figured I would see if the problem is still there and now my battery is dead and I need to charge it tonight, It's a brand new battery I know it's not the problem.

Any ideas? Should I buy a new ignition setup?

Also if anyone has any buddies selling a perfect condition tank let me know.

I seriously don't know. The guy I bought the bike from threw it on there. I think he lost his key and put some cheap crap on there so he could ride it.
