Front Brake shuddering

Need some help here. My M1100 front brakes began  shuddering about three weeks ago. The shudder gets worse at higher speed and harder braking, but is still noticeable at low speed.
A tech at the dealer rode it around for 10 to 15 minutes accelerating and hard braking. His thought was I have a slightly bent or warped rotor. I asked how that could happen on a practically brand new bike that is garaged and doesn't get left out in public? He said it doesn't take much. Are rotors really that fragile?
Any way I don't buy that my rotors are bent on a bike with 3000 miles on it. So today I was checking my fluid, and found this and and a bunch more debris in my front brake reservoir.

Now I'm no mechanic , but I think this might be contributing to my problem. My question is will cleaning out the debris and bleeding the shit out of the brake lines get all of this crap out? And do you think this will solve my problem? Oh, by the way my guess is this shit came from my rizoma reservoirs.

The bike is under warranty, if the tech wants to put rotors on it go for it!  No, they are not that delicate but it happens.  More likely is you have some stuck buttons or uneven brake material transfer.  At the dealer level it just does not pay to clean rotors, pads and buttons hoping to fix the problem.

I don't think they were going to replace them under warranty. It would be on my own dime.

If they won't I would contact DNA.
