My understanding was JC wants to fight Pavlik. I think Lockett trains with JC in the same gym, so this was a great opportunity for Calzaghe to scout his opponent.
Pavlik is a great set-up puncher and finisher. I really enjoy watching him fight. I think him going at it with Calzaghe would be epic, and I really hope someone puts this fight together.
Since there are no good fighters for him, he needs to move to the UFC
It would be awesome to see a great pro boxer over there.
