will 1999 Ducati 900SS forks work on 2003 m620? and will the  :-\brake calipers be the same?
If it looks like a DUC and sounds like a DUC then it a DUC !

Not 100% sure, but mostly that the axle is different. If it's like my 2000 monster, the speed to is mechanical and linked to the front wheel. So the axle has a different diameter and you'd possibly need some spacers like this http://www.tpoparts.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=273&osCsid=20g17fmtj1ld6l5a726e88ujj2 and different wheel bearings to use those forks... and the axle of course.

As far as the calipers - those should be the same 65mm mount you have.
-Throttle's on the right, so are the brakes.  Good luck.

Aren't the top tubes longer than the Monster tubes?  Measure your M forks (axle c/l to triple clamp) so you can install the SS at the same height.

Mr Earl

SS900 forks were changed after 1998 and the later ('99-'01) forks fit >2002<2008(?) Monsters perfectly - except for length.  They're way too long, and require a change in handlebars, IME.  I installed them on my 2003 M800 and went to above-the-triple clip-ons.

The stock springs in the '99 SS900 forks are weak progressive rate ones, and the RaceTech replacements don't fit - they're too small in ID, at least the pair that I bought were.  ST springs are the correct diameter and length.
Leo Vince CF slip-ons, '01 SS900 fully adjustable Showa forks w/ST2 springs, rebuilt S4 shock w/Ohlins spring, 748 dog bone, Swatt clip-ons above the triple, Sargent seat, Duplicolor-Dark seat cowl, Rizoma grips, Techlusion TFI, SBK front fender, Evoluzione slave, BMC sport air filter, 14-tooth sprocket, Desmotimes caseguard, S2R side panels, Pantah belt covers, fake CRG LS mirrors, extra black zip-ties, right grip control imprint on tank, de-cannistered, Ducati Meccanica Bologna key ring
