Torque value for handlebar risers 1100

I just bought a 796 riser to replace my stock 1100 riser and I'm going to do the switch soon.  Anybody know the torque values for the 4 bolts?

I'm not sure what bolts you are referring to, but this will help with your conversion needs.

if you take off the 4 bolts on the clamp, the handlebar comes off.  Then there are two bolts holding the lower riser clamp to the bike.  That is the entire piece I'm replacing to get the rise.. it has two bolts.
