Well out of state fees in would hurt and I know have instate..

Guess, the same way an Elephant can run faster uphill than downhill...If you are chased by a wild one...forget running up, forget climbing a tree and getting knocked down, just scoot downhill...Aah...no elephants here!

I've heard the same thing about bears- faster uphill than down. I haven't tested it out, and I really don't want to.
