help refilling rear shock with nirogen

i accidentally released the nitrogen in my rear shock. when i went up to the stealership i asked them how much to refill it, they said do you know how much you want in it? i said no idea. also they're tank was empty.

whats the rule of thumb or guide for refilling the shock back up to my weight?

Pretty sure the nitrogen charge is the same regardless of your weight.

I don't know what the pressure is.

it is somewhere in the 200-250 psi range.

Like I said the pressure is somewhat standard for all shocks.

It really isn't something you can do yourself without some equipment...a nitrogen tank and regulator for one.
