Hi guys, just got back from Explosive Racing to get the bike dyoned. The point being to get rid of the gremlins in the system.... ie the huge backfiring problem. It took a while but it was done, there is only a tiny gurling down on the over run which is fine and normal. It turns out it was running very rich, around the 11.4 AFR mark where it should be sitting around 13.3, which it is now, approx 33% of fuel was dropped out from the map . Got a little more power out of it, but as it was a hot day and the final power run was done in 35C temps, the numbers arent great. So max power is at 110hp and torque 73 ft-lbs.

The bike feels A LOT smoother and linear through the power band.... I wouldnt go as far as saying its like riding a new bike, but i am happy with the results and that the gremlins are finally gone...... NOW its time to enjoy it!
