Hi All,

I've been looking at a Monster 1100.  I have a victory vision that I tour on and a 650 Vstrom....I sold my Honda ST 1300 this past spring.  I thought the Monster would be a great around the country twisty roads bike and maybe good for a weekend trip to Arkansas if I added the trunk pak.

What about color?  I've seen the red, black and silver....and I kinda like the silver with red frame....

I tend to trade motorcycles every couple of years.....would red be a better bet as far as resale value in a Ducati...or does it matter?
Also, I tend to not like really loud motorcycles....is the dry clutch on the 1100 very loud if you don't modify it with an open clutch cover?  Perhaps this is too much questioning in an introduction.....


I did the Harley Crusier thing several years ago and that really doesn't appeal to me any more....but I've never owned a Ducati and think nows the time....
