I think it's perfect as it sits.  Ride it.  If you're happy with it, screw anyone who thinks otherwise.  If they wanna mod it, let them buy their own and pay for all of the crap to foul it up whilst you're out riding and enjoying yourself.

This is what I decided to do about 10 years ago.  I've been riding since.  The only time I modify anything on the bike is when it needs (and I do mean NEEDS) repairs.....like when it takes a dive head first into a ditch or leaks crude like the Exxon Valdez (like right now...time to replace seals on the vertical head).

Your Monster looks great to me!

I might be in denial....but I'm not insane.  Wait.  Am I insane?  Humph.  I'll ask Duc Stu later.  He'll be honest with me.   Grin

I'm dead serious about mods, though.  I've had a Supersport for over ten years that's ridden like it's stolen (see Avatar picture to the left), but mods are few and far between.  I mean, it gets a set of tires ever 2k miles or so, but that's about it.

Motorcycles are for riding, not wrenching.  Since I haven't spent tons of money on mods over the years I just get to buy MORE motorcycles!!!  Hence the addition of an MH900e (unmodded) and an HD/Aermacchi racer (heavily modded...but it is a racer, after all) in recent years.

Nice Avatar, by the way.  For a fan of cheesy kung-fu flicks, like me, that's frikkin' hilarious.   waytogo

I figure if the owner would rather ride than wrench, then he's OK in my book!

While all of this is true... you make a terrible enabler.

I'm having much more fun.

It's not just the modding.....half of the fun is in the rationalizing and justifying the mods.  Keeps the ol noggin fresh!  I am the King of this....if the wife asks how or why, I can instantly spew drivel about how I sold this to get the money for that, etc.  All true, but imagine if I used this creativity for the benefit of mankind. I'd change the world, I tell ya.

Must.....have......rearsets.  The wheels are turnin....

I'm not interested in belt covers or clip ons, so I think I'm set.  waytogo

Sure could use different front blinkers, euro rh side panel without bulge, ceramic coated or Spark/Sil-Moto headers, non-steel sidestand, lightened rear rotor, bigger oil cooler and rerouted oil cooler lines, oil temp gauge, billet triples, jmc or metmachex swingarm, rearsets, billet hoop, big bore kit, electraeon throttle cam, and bbq sauce for those strips Tongue (bazinga)
