What does the connector "ST" stand for?

I'm lost on a couple of connectors...  One is labeled "F" and is blue and black, me thinks it is the clutch switch so I bridged it...

The next connector is "ST" and it is Red/Blue Stripe and Gray/ Red Stripe, with another un-labeled connector of the same color in a different part of the wiring harness which is not labeled..  Maybe stepper motor?

Anyone tackled either of these three connectors?

I guess there are good and bad mods; you'll find the good ones here ;)

You're talking about the wiring harness, yes?

Is that 2 wires?
Or one that's blue and black?

Those plug into the brake light switches.

Download the owner's manual, last page is a wiring diagram, confirm for yourself before smoking the harness....

Ahhh, yes, must goto the rear brake.

The blue/ black one is the one you and Stu spliced when ya did my bike awhile back to make it run after the crash...

Yeah I used the wiring manual, but it can only go so far... I may just goto the dealer tomorrow with it in hand and ask em to look at one of their bikes!
