Local only -- f/s RS Taichi inner suit $25

Size L (European 52 / equivalent of a US size 40 suit jacket size).

Used about 10 times over the last 2 years because this one was actually 2 sizes too small for me. 
I just bought a new one that is an "XXL".

Has some light wear at the bottom of the zipper -- just some light tears on the seams (nothing sinister, I assure you).

Correct -- blue smurf suit.  Windblocking layer that goes underneath leathers.
