Racing ECU settings

I have a 2009 M 696.  Just installed the Termignoni slip on kit with racing ECU.  Of course it is is European mode (KPH, Centigrade, etc.) 
I could not make much sense of the previous posts I found on this topic.
Could some one tutor me in changing the settings to American mode.
