Howdy..
Name's Mark, 26, from upstate NY. I've been riding for a few years now and until this year, I rode a Ninja 636. This season I made the irrational switch to a Monster 1100. I couldn't be happier, and this is the funnest(sic) bike I've ridden. I thought the honeymoon stage would wear off, but she really knows how to keep it hot!
Anyway, I've used the forum to get some great info in the past and now that the cold weather of the northeast is here I thought it was a good time to register/post. I'm entirely jealous of those of you that have good weather year-round! I'm hoping to fit the bike with some clip-ons sometime between now and the spring. So far, the bike has the standard gear: Termi's, tail chop, open clutch cover, rearsets, levers, DP seat, and sliders.
Looking forward to meeting up with anyone local for some rides.
