Howdy..
Name's Mark, 26, from upstate NY. I've been riding for a few years now and until this year, I rode a Ninja 636. This season I made the irrational switch to a Monster 1100.  I couldn't be happier, and this is the funnest(sic) bike I've ridden.  I thought the honeymoon stage would wear off, but she really knows how to keep it hot! Wink

Anyway, I've used the forum to get some great info in the past and now that the cold weather of the northeast is here I thought it was a good time to register/post.  I'm entirely jealous of those of you that have good weather year-round! I'm hoping to fit the bike with some clip-ons sometime between now and the spring.  So far, the bike has the standard gear: Termi's, tail chop, open clutch cover, rearsets, levers, DP seat, and sliders.

Looking forward to meeting up with anyone local for some rides.chug

I'll try to post some pics below.

Beware these are crappy pics with a bad camera but the only recent ones I could find.

Welcome Mark.

I fixed your links so the pics would show in your post.

You should check out the photo faq to see how it's done.

Welcome Mark.  In addition to Ducati's you'll find a bunch of people here own VDubs as well.  I have a Jetta TDI Cup and a couple of CAM members own GTIs I believe.

I'm in Hawley, PA which is near in the NE corner of PA so depending on where in upstate NY you are, you might not be too far.
VDub owner too, an '11 Golf TDI in my case.  waytogo

Where in upstate? I'm in Buffalo. It would be nice to meet some local Ducati owners.
