it's all RAM Mount stuff on this one.
http://www.ram-mount.com/ I just pieced together the parts I wanted for my application, which included the tab mount, the iphone 4 cradle, and the ball mount to connect the two. Don't forget that you need the diamond shaped piece for the backside of the iphone cradle, if you decide to go this route. ...speaking from experience.
on my other bike I used a system from TechMount that I actually like a little better only because it is a little slimmer... but I wanted to use the mirror holes on this bike and the RAM system did that nicely. The techmount was a little more expensive too... but I've got 7000 miles on it, with my iPhone in for many of those. No problems ever.
One thing I really like about this is that I can just turn on my iphone video camera and have a forward facing recording of riding if I want.
