Simply chasing a nice clear pic of of the restrictor in a 620 Lite. I've read plenty of text but I am yet to get a clear 'this is it here' pic from anywhere.

Anyone have a pic of it from before they tore it out?  [evil]

-Throttle's on the right, so are the brakes.  Good luck.

Restrictor?

A 620 Lite is restricted in power output to 400 power level for some markets with tiered licensing.  I think it is done with the throttle.

Slide Panda

Ah haaa. Oh... yeah. I've got nothing then.

Maybe try looking at a parts diagram for the particular country and model?

Ask the blokes over in Oz Monsters, they will be able to fix you up.  ;)

Hi.
Is that what you are looking for?

I found this pic few months ago and saved it, because it was something very rare to see.

Easy to undo that one.

I find it interesting that they restrict air/fuel flow after the carbs, and not just air flow before.

Yes @Sad Panda [thumbsup] it's some kind of bike porn  [laugh]
Try to look at it again when you are home.

Thease are really easy to uninstall. But before disassemble first check if they are mounted in your bike. You have to lift the tank, then open air box and fully open the throat. If they are there, you'll be able to see em.

That might be the case for the carby models, but i'm told the injected 620s use a small plate that restricts the throttle rotation. Thanks for the help though, I will continue looking.
