Custom Tank Question (I tried searching for it already)

There was a post here somewhere with a link to a guy in Northern California who makes aluminum tanks by hand.  The photos showed beautiful work.  I can't find the link or remember the guy's name.

Anyone here able to help?

I tried google and the DMF search function.

Thanks.

Howdy Norris!! That sounds vaguely familiar. I was trying recently to find a thread/post about a defective oil filter that stopped oil flow and the sight glass showed no oil because it was all backed up in the galleries. But I couldn't find it either.

Hopefully someone sharper than me will remember the tank thread/post. For some reason I think I remember that too. Now... if I can just remember where El Matador hid my cane!! [laugh] [popcorn] ;D
I plan to list the Federal Gov't. as a dependent on my next 1040 tax filing!

I have flying honey badgers and I'm not afraid to use them!

The fact that flame throwers exist is proof that someone somewhere said "I'd sure like to set those people over there on fire but I'm just not close enough to get the job done."

CONFIDENCE: the feeling you have right before you understand the situation.

Yep, trying to stay warm and toasty! Need to get to my Wood County place and make sure the pipes haven't frozen. Tough in these conditions! Maybe early next week. As is typical it's frozen today with wind chills at zero, and by Sunday it will be sunny and 70! Damn TX weather!! [bang]

I think Travman posted pics of that very same GT1000 bike on his Italian bike thread. [moto]
