Lisa u can always build u a 20x20 storage building (shop) in the back yard with a sidewalk (driveway) leading into it!!

Btw i think u would regret the sale. Think 620!!

I've had similar thoughts with mine, when contemplating the multi or a k12/1300s, etc...  But ultimately I don't think I'd get enough out of it to make it worthwhile, and my sellers remorse would be powerful...
