Bolt spec (S4R exhaust heat shield)

Does anyone know off hand what spec bolts go for the heel guard/exhaust heat shield that comes on the Monster S4R? I bought the bike used and it didn't come with the guards, so I bought them and they didn't come with bolts... or "Special washers" that the FSM says I need. Any info on either of these would be appreciated.

77510351C for the bolts x2 M5X12 $7.99
85210721A for the fiber washers x4 $.99

parts manual also shows a 'spacer' 71611071B x2 $2.99 at this location, presumably to standoff the heel guards from the pipes but my bike never had these

1 77510351B Screw and one 71611071B Spacer is used with 2 of the 85210721A Washers at each spot, 4 sets total.

Spacer provides a stiff part so that the bolt can be tightened, and thus be much less likely to vibrate out.
Also, the fiber washers have a large hole in them to fit over the neck on the spacer, and won't fit the bolt well without it.
