Tail solutions

Rebuilding a 2001 900ie, and I am at the near-final stages of the build.

The issue here is the tail.  I do not want to chop the tail, nor do I want the stock beer can.  What solutions are there?  I know that DP used to make a tail-eliminator piece, but would like to know what other options are there?
