Figure I'd get a jump start on this...

Bike runs great. Just dies when im idling, even after running for 2 hours straight

I suspect it has to do with the power drain on the bike. Im running a Garmin Nuvi GPS + 35W HID kit. No incandecent bulbs at all, everything is LED.

Battery is strong and under load reads ~12 volts

Low idle ??? Whats it idle at?

Been riding in heavy rain?  This is when it stalls?  Back out the air bleeds and get the idle up closer to 1300.  If you can, get new spark plugs.  This may or may not help.  When you get home spray your ignition parts with water.  I suspect you have a coil or plug wire that is leaking spark.

Power drain?  Doubtful.  The garmin uses close to zilch.  It wouldn't hurt to check charging if you hace a voltmeter though.  You want 13.5 to 14.5 volts at the battery.  Less and you are undercharging.  An increase in idle RPM should help you get home in this case too.

It was not stalling before riding in heavy rain.
It was still stalling dispite riding in balmy 90degree weather for several days

My spark plugs are over 10,000miles, i figured if it runs fine while riding, it should be fine while idling. (this could also be why my MPG was only 44mpg avg, but it could also be because im running saddle bags and going 90mph into head wind)

i will hose the bike down swap plugs and check the voltage after i fire up the bike.

I havent not sync the throttle since 15k, i am at 26k now....
