Ok so, my set-up currently is....

Coffin clutch master
Coffin brake master
Cheapy adjustable levers from Monsterparts
Stock clutch line
Stock brake line with "Y" splitter to the calipers
4 piston calipers
Stock brembo 320mm rotors (dual)

I'm gathering this set-up is pretty good, and it feels pretty good to me as well. So any changes need only to be cosmetic?

Pads are simple, relatively cheap, and can make a huge difference.  As in another WOW
2000 Monster 900Sie, a few changes
1992 900 SS, currently a pile of parts.  Now running
flogged successfully  NHMS  12 customized.  Twice.   T3 too.   Now retired.

According to Pascal pressure is equal throughout the hydraulic system.  Unless Ducati managed to physically restrict flow at the T there will be no difference.  If they did (inside diameter too small, acting like a restricting orifice) fluid flow would be slowed, delaying brake application.

Three real world advantages of pee cup masters are:
You can see the fluid level easier.
Easier to install clip-ons (adapters not needed).
More room left on handle bars for things like GPS mounts.

Thanks Howie.  I always get Pascal, Boyle and Bernoulli mixed up.  ;-)

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

Not the kind of law I know!  Besides, when I think Pascal, I always think about the craps table.  I dunno why.

The OP can improve/change performance with new pads.

4-pad calipers would be a noticeable performance upgrade.

Iron rotors would give a bit of a performance bump as well.
