saw this in the other forum:

http://www.ducatimonster.org/forums/general-monster-forum/200573-nyc-ducati.html

i've never been to them as i've just heard bad review out the wazoo about them, but i can say that jack trebour out in nj is a pretty solid dealer if you need some service done... and the roads out there are pretty awesome.

Man the other shops around here need to get in on pickup/delivery service to those of us unable to drop off a bike and get home without it.  First shop to do this and pander to us in Manhattan/Brooklyn will have my service loyalty!

European Cycle Services (excellent independent shop) will pick up and deliver at what I think is a reasonable cheap price.  Chances are the difference in labor rate would pay for it.

We also have a new dealer in town, well close anyway.  Right across the border in New Rochelle.  They have pick up and delivery service, plus they are within walking distance to Metro North.

Good riddance.

I can personally vouch for Jack Trebour's.  Joe in service is easy to work with and very knowledgeable and Tyler in parts is the same.  I have continued to order parts from them even though I am 6 hours away.

Seems someone should be doing this by now.  Owning a van isn't cheap, but charging a nominal fee (like $30) plus the added business should cover it.  I can't imagine the added business wouldn't cover it, so many people complain about the same problem -- taking your bike in and then getting home is a pregnant dog.

I wasn't a fan of the store, but they did throw cool launch parties...

Folks, Corsa is closed indefinately, not history (yet).  There is a possibility they will open with a new owner.

If they do, hopefully the new owner will live up to ducatiz' standards.

Monster S2R 800 - ALL BLACK

Its a shame theyre closed because they had a great location and a nice showroom, thats about it. I would never buy a bike from there or bring mine in for service. Only thing I ever bought from there was an overpriced rear stand. It was nice to use their parking when I worked on spring street. I could park in front of the dealership and at least know my shit wasnt going to get jacked.

hmmm... maybe next time one of us stop's by trebours we could ask him about if they doa pickup/delivery service...

i know that they do a good amount of pick up/drop offs in the fort lee area... they threw in a free delivery for me when i bought the bike because they said that they go there pretty often anyway.  and getting to fort lee is pretty easy compared to anywhere else there is a dealership.

this is speculation, but with the amount of money they ought to make just servicing bikes, im sure they closed because of bad management. money probably went the wrong way.

Whoever picks up their slack now will be BALLING.

There needs to be a service center in NYC that specializes in Ducatis.

Thanks god i do my own service, now if only they opened their doors so i could buy some neato tools.

Ok so it's been a while now and I haven't heard anything about Corsa re-opening.
Are they closed for good, working a deal with Ducati, moving somewhere else or some other strange thing.
Hopefully someone out here knows something about wether or not we'll have a Duacti dealership in NYC again at all.
