I need new tires and am curious what most everyone replaces their oem's with.  I'm thinking maybe Diablo Rosso's.
Diavel Carbon Red

Punx Clever

Michelin Pilot Road 2's worked well for me... I was looking for a little more mileage between tire changes though.

I think next I'll get some Road 3's.

Go with either the Bridgestone BT-016's or the 003's

If you want to save some cash on mounting and balancing then swing by my house and I'll do them for you. Bring a 6 pack of Shiner Bock  [beer]

Michelin pilot power 2ct is a good street tire. hard in the middle for a long life of straight driving. soft on the sides for canyon carving. I use these on both my bikes. very happy with them
This is more fun than standing still at a radiohead concert.

Pilot Road 2cts are awesome! I used to get 3-4000 miles from a rear tire but I am now getting around 6-7000 miles of twisties, touring, and commuting.  Definetly gunna look into the 3's when the time comes.

I prefer round, black ones in the sizes of 120/70-17 and 180/55-17.

was also thinking about those as well...what is the life span?

Just put them on in the fall, so I can't comment long term. They seem to be wearing well so far though at a few hundred miles.

I love these tires!
Everytime I'm on two wheels, the streets part, heavens open, and hearts pound

The heart pounding is true, at least...

Pilot power 2ct is the same as a pilot power in the center and softer on the sides.  A good tire but will wear out quickly.
