Looking at the pic, I can see that:
The seat is different.  I have the one piece vinyl type.
You have remote type reservoir cups for the master cylinders
My ladder frame is silver
Looks like the color of your engine is darker

Everything else looks similar though.  I put DP old style pipes on mine.  Loud as hell but I love it.  I'll have to find some updated pics and post them.  I have a vid on youtube you can check out but i've done some things since that time. http://www.ducatimonsterforum.org/index.php?topic=42358.0
