Button or T-drive? Brake question.

My full floater Brembo brake discs show a little wear around the buttons.

I'm assuming it's the aluminum carriers - they will wear out sooner than the discs...
Still not too bad, but it's winter so I'm looking into things


Anyone have opinions about the differences between normal buttons and the newer Brembo T-drive?
