Why's it got front brakes? No front brakes on the flat track

...and rains.  Do they use rains in flattrack?

No front brakes, no rain tires in Flat Track (except TTs).....looks like it is intended to be a "Street" tracker.   Interesting build....the bars make it look like a pit bike though.
